Our lab is not responsible in the case of any delay or extra charges caused by customs of the countries.

Note: The orders made ​​after 15:00 (time of Greece) are shipped next working day.

Regarding Russia:
Because of customs clearance limitations of the country, shipments can only be made in cities: Moscow (including postal codes 140000-144012 in Moscow Oblast), Nizhniy Novgorod (including Nizhegorodskaya Oblast), Krasnodar (including Krsnodar Oblast), Novorossiysk, Sochi, Stavropol (including Stavropol Oblast), St. Petersburg (including the Leningrad oblast), Khabarovsk (including Khabarovsk Oblast), Blagoveschensk and Vladivostok

In Greece, order shipments are made via Geniki Taxydromiki.

- If you have made the order as a registered user:

Login your account, you will find the tracking number in your orders. Click on the number to track it.

- If you have made the order as a guest:

Please, ask for the tracking number via e-mail, [email protected] and we will send it to you. Don’t forget to mention the order number or the name that the order have been made.

Out of Greece, order shipments are made via UPS^®.

As soon as the order is shipped an e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to you by UPS.
